Replace or repair lennox gas furnace G26Q3-75

I have a Lennox gas furnace G26Q3-75-1 that was installing in 1994.  The lennox has a bad Johnson controls G776rgd-2 pilot igntion control and the unit needs a new gas valve also . My condenser went too. I am thinking of replacing the unit with a Bryant furnace 355CAV.  Any thoughts?
