Whirlpool Quiet Partner II DU943PWKT0 Not Draining

I have a Whirlpool Quite Partner II, DU943PWKT0 that is not draining.  After a cycle it does not drain, also it does not drain when pressing the cancel/drain button.  The motor runs but nothing goes down.  I have cleaned out the bottom twice now.  The first time worked (a couple of months back dishes were not getting clean).  Just recently it began to not drain, at first it would drain with pressing the cancel/drain button but finally that quit working altogether.  I pulled the drain hose off the bottom and water came out there.  I blew through the drain hose to make sure it was not clogged, the water seemed to go through there fine.  I am wondering even though I can hear the drain motor running is it possible it is not working properly?

Yes,
1) the impeller on the drain pump could be damaged ..
2)the blockage could be before the drain pump.
Or
you house drain could be slow or blocked...
you could remove the drain hose from the house plumbing and run it into a bucket..
if water freely drains out into a bucket then you have a house drain problem..

I tried draining into a bucket it barely came out. I took all of the hoses off and blew them out, they all blew out fine.  I opened up the bottom again and could not find any blockage.  Could there be blockage in the check valve?  I tried blowing a baster through the bottom drain and it seemed to blow through fine.

How can you tell if the impeller is not working properly?  Everthing seems to be spinning fine.

I would remove the motor and pump and check it for blockage...there are four mounting supports that hold the motor assembly down turn all four into the motor.. You may need to replace the drain impeller and wash impeller if damaged.. this kit also comes with gaskets you will need..
