AMANA dryer heats at first then runs cool

This dryer heats at first in the low heat setting but then runs cool (80 deg.) Seems to run ok on the higher heat setting. Then vent is clean. Would the cycling thermostat cause this?

Have you checked to see if that blower is loose? Rare if so. I would change the control thermostat.
