The burner does not ignite. The glo-bar seems to be working fine. I have already replaced the gas valve still no ignition. No clicking sound from valve when I think it should be trying to open.  Sure could use some help!

Make sure the little gas cock is open

Are you sure the igniter is good? I have seen many that will light up but not pull 3.3 to 3.6 amps..

Also I have changed 50 igniter to 1 gas valve or coils..

If you have a amp meter or watt meter .. here is a little trick...

plug the watt or amp meter in the power cord..run the dryer on air fluff or no heat... wright down the power draw.. with no heat... then turn the heat on... It should draw 3.6 more amps .. if not you have a bad igniter...
