Kenmore Diswasher Touchpanel erratic

The touchpad sometimes works when trying to start a cycle. Sometimes nothing works and other times Pots/pans and not the normal buttons work. Quick rinse stopped woking altogether. Door switch tested good, and ribbon cable is connected properly. Question is who's the culprit? The control board on the touch panel

You can test your touch pad with a ohm meter,or just replace the touch pad.
