Control Panel Dead ?

Hi

I have a GE stove,it is 15 years old.
For the past couple of months the
display would go off or flash PF.
But it would always come back on
now it is blank no light. The burners
will come on and show the red light
on the panel,the oven light is also on.
My question is, is it worth the over
$200 for a control board & faceplate?
or should I bite the bullet and buy a new one?

Sounds like a bad solder joint on the board. You could take it to someone who works on electronics to get it fixed.
