How to romove tin foil melted in self-clean oven?

I put aluminum foil on the bottom of my LG LRE30755ST oven to catch spills (big mistake by me!)  Now, large pieces of aluminum foil are melted/stuck on the bottom of the oven.

1.Does anyone know how I can remove the stuck-on foil?

2. If the foil can't be removed, can the oven interior be replaced?

Spray some easy off oven cleaner on there to loosen up the crap and scrap the stuff with a putty knife.

Remove the oven racks. Set the oven for 500 degrees for about 45 minutes. Turn the oven off. Wearing a good oven mitt and armed with a 3 inch scraper,start scraping.
