Ah grasshopper, we is down to the old appliance man problema, motor or the timer syndrome. You gave it away though. The first spin is fine the 2nd ain't? That is a timer malfunction. Remove that timer and take the cheapass pwastic liner off there and look at the barrel with humps in it for burnt marks. Some of them timer knobs screw off others have a pin in the rear end of the timer that must be backed out a tad to release the knob. Let me know. If it is the timer with the solid plastic body then that crappy hunk of lousy mexitronics
is my usual suspect.
