help with washer

hello every one,  my LG WM2277HS washer is giving the dreaded error code LE after 1 or so min. of trying to spin the drum, I say trying cause ill see it move a little and it looks like its locking up i can hear motor noise and see the drum almost fight its self. When the washer is off the drum will spin freely....

well here is an up date : tested hall sensor, motor, power from main board and harness
all test ok, so what do i do? take a stab in the dark and replace the main board

help!! im going  with this

Here's what the manual has to say regarding the LE code:

The connector (3-pin, male, white) in the MOTOR
HARNESS is not connected to the connector
(3-pin, female, white) of STATOR ASSEMBLY.
• The electric contact between the connectors
(3-pin, male, white) in the MOTOR HARNESS
and 4-pin, female, white connector in the MAIN PWB
ASSEMBLY is bad or unstable.
• The MOTOR HARNESS between the STATOR
ASSEMBLY and MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY is cut (open
circuited).
• The hall sensor is out of order/defective

If you have OHmed out the wire harness from the main PCB to the motor, and have checked the stator on the motor for signs of broken or loose wiring, then you can assume the PCB is bad.
