GE washer error code E4F

Model WBVH5100HWW front loader. Displays E4F. When trying to start the cycle, there is buzzing from the general area of the door lock. A previous post referred to an inverter.
The only thing I could find was inverter part # WH12X10418

The strainer in the front had stopped up earlier allowing water to spin out of the drum, so it seems logical to me that this thing got soaked and shorted out. According to the diagram, this thing is located at the bottom of the machine on the left side.  Any help would be appreciated.
