LG diswasher error code "IE"

Advised by LG that this is an "Inlet Error" and to clean filter. Did that, still receive error.  Seems that water is passing thru hose but not getting into LG LDS5811ST dishwasher.  Put in new control panel.  Still receiving error.  Has anyone received this "IE" error and if so, were you able to resolve yourself and how?

Read up on the problem in thiis thread, have had the wire broken on more than the 'le' error.
