neptune help!

I recently had a neptune washer donated to me.  I have replaced the 'mother board' and the timer, but it still just doesn't finish a cylce unless it feels like it.  When I start a new load, it fills for about 5 seconds and then does it's agitating.  Sometimes it will just stop all together while it is still in the first steps of the cylce.  HELP!!
