LG Dryer Rattle/Vibration

Hello,

I have a brand new LG DLG2526W gas dryer.  There is a rattle in the bottom left front corner of the dryer during the entire drying cycle.  This has occurred during all 3 loads so far.  The dryer is level and all feet on firmly on the concrete floor.  We had Sears come out to fix it and they said all of these dryers rattle and there is no way to stop the noise.  Does anyone have a suggestion?

I agree with JW, its new, call LG and get them to send a different service company out.  Just because you bought it there doesn't mean they are the only ones that can service it, a second opinion will let you know if what you are hearing is normal.

LG had a different repair company sent to check the dryer.  Turns out the bracket holding the motor was vibrating against the bottom of the dryer.  The tech wedged some foam between and it took care of the sound.  Dryer runs very quiet now.

Although it sounds better,that is not a repair.
Have the LG service company come back and replace the bracket and or do whatever is necessary to repair the condition.
