New Drum, Rollers Too?

LG DLE9577 Dryer - We've been running her with a crack in the rear seam for about six thumping months
I need to get this done with one shot - get parts 1st, in and out
I've seen other posts that suggest "Repair Guy" protocall is to replace rollers w/ the drum
But I consider this may be a pad the bill story
Should I expect that the rollers will need to be replaced too?

Ask them to oil the old rollers and idler.

I did not make clear, this was a DIY job

I did not spend the extra $80 and replace the rollers but did oil them & the tensioner - good tip

Based on all the lint build-up that was cleaned from the inside of the unit & vent, I set a clean schedule every 3 years.  WOW, what a fire hazzard.
