All systems operate off of TXV or a fixed orifice. Yours must have one or the other.SEER is energy efficiency for the specific unit. The tonnage of the unit is the cooling capacity for the given space. The higher the SEER the less it should cost to operate.

Having the TXV is a good thing...it helps the unit get peak cooling during the run time, maximizing the efficiency of the unit. When I install these systems, I always add a hard-start kit and a time-delay relay (delay on open) to assure the compressor will start every time and not be affected by temporary power outages, such as during a heavy storm. Even though these may be optional accessories, any good AC man worth his salt will include them in the installed price. It's called "taking care of your customers".

(R-410A) is not flammable at ambient temperatures and atmospheric pressure. However, this material will
become combustible when mixed with air under pressure and exposed to strong ignition sources.

No, I would rather not. There are many out there who would take it the wrong way, even those who would find them a threat to their business and sales, so it would not be prudent to release them for public view. There is no point in stirring up trouble.

Go with the TXV vs. orifices. Indoor units with TXV have higher eficiencies (SEER).
Also they provide better regulation than metering orifices. In fact if you are replacing your indoor unit with a R410 Hi eff. unit (SEER 13+) it should come with a TXV as standard equipment, check it out with Lennox.
