I have a ice maker not producing ice and I dont think its cold enough to produce ice too, I heard a rumor there r some issues with the ice bucket? ? some sort of recall ?  will the bucket make it not cold enough and stop the ice maker??  how do i get the correct bucket part number of the bucket if its out of warranty. help !!!!!   jpg

If the icemaker is not working, it will be anything EXCEPT the ice bin causing the problem.

If the temps in the freezer section rise above 18 degrees, the icemaker won't operate, so you should take a reading with a thermometer first and see if temps are the issue.
