Oven bake option works, but won't broil

Oven will work if I select any bake temp, but will not broil on Lo or High, and self cleaning doesn't work either.  Thx

I would check the broil element first.

Disconnect the power to the oven and remove the broil element.
Ohm it out with a meter to see if you get a reading or not. If you don't get any reading the element is bad and need to be replaced.
