The center divider on the front of this top-mount is called the "mullion". Normally, it is heated to just above room temperature by means of a refrigerant loop built into the cabinet. For there to be signs of condensation here means that the integrity of the freezer door gasket is iffy at best. Check it by opening the fresh food door below and looking upward at the freezer seal. Make sure you can see no gaps anywhere along the edge. Then close the big door and open the freezer and do the same thing.
There is no other way that condensation can form here, since there is no electric mullion heater there as in other models.
