the UTILITY COMPANY in my area offers a contract on appliances.
the flyer i received says "you can get a bill for $295 to replace the washing machine clutch or take a contract and pay nothing with us!

i just replaced the clutch on my sons washer the cost? ap wagner sold me the clutch for $24.95.

were does the utility company get these dollar amounts they quote in there ads?

My guess is when company's add a trip charge of $95 and $75 per hour for labor plus parts, yeah I would say It all adds up pretty quick.
