Washer locks up and won't open for about an hour. The control board was replaced about 4 weeks ago.The unit ran fine after the board was replaced.

I do not know anything about those particular machines. I wonder if maybe they use a wax motor to lock the door? A wax motor is a sorry ass excuse for a latch. A small heater melts the wax and the piston expands to lock the door. The wax must cool down to release the door in that system.

The control panel keeps blacking out like theres no power then comes back on 15-20 minutes later. sometimes flashes E01,E04 fault codes

I would check the power supply for wide variation. Low voltage can make a control board freak as much as a surge. Also check for the proper polarity.

E:01 is a door open error and E:04 is a door control broken...

Check the leads, but sounds like a new door latch may be in order...
