What is the model number of your washer?
You can find the full model number on the model/serial number tag located on the washer.



Sears/Kenmore model number start with three digits and ends with eight.

For example, Model # 123.12345678

Check the coupling first, easy fix.

can u send me a diagram for the coupling? cause i have no idea where to find it????
