Washer shuts down within a minute

Push the start button, unit begins filling normally but then shuts right down.  Ran a motor control control check. Motor runs. Repair manual and says thats the  RD30 wire. Harness and wires though look ok, so do connections. Can it be the motor control board ? Do not see anything burned out. 10 amp fuse is also ok. Or is it the machine control board? Or do I just order a new wire harness ?

Despite the fact that the fuse appears OK,it is no indication the board is.
If the motor does not begin  tumbling within 10 seconds of initial startup, the machine will shut down. When the water first starts to come in, voltage is sent to the motor board to tumble while the unit fills. If no tachometer reading is present from the board or motor, the control shuts down. The motor control, part 12002039, comes with a new board and motor. Very common failure.
