Maytag washer noise during high speed spin

during the high speed spin a loud wining nose , removed the front coverand found nothing  out of order, downloaded the service manual
and think it is the spin bearing . just in the last two days i see water in the bottom of the washer, found the tub and seal kit in the parts area
is this the proper repair and should i order any other seals or gaskets  to  complete this repair. if it is the correction needed to eliminate the noise and leak
