Whirlpool fridge leaking in fridge side... Help Repair-man

Dear repair man,

I was reading some old post regarding someone complaining about water leaking in their fridge.

Well, I have the same problem. I currently own a whirlpool top mount freezer( 5yrs. old)  with an ice maker.
 
I rarely use the ice maker at all. It's not even connected to my faucet. So where can I find this heater and

drain hole?.  Also, you said using a copper wire will work instead of using a probe kit.  I've  looked at the

diagram but it's really confusing to find the actual location of the heater.

Turn the refrigerator off. Open the freezer door. Remove the food and any shelves or ice tray holders. Remove the screws from the back panel and the bottom panel. Remove the panels. Observe the ice build up in the back and bottom portions of the freezer. Thaw the ice, a hair dryer will be helpful. Pour bleach in the defrost drain hole once it has been defrosted. Replace your parts. Turn the refrigerator back on. Repeat this process in 3 months.
