Nasty Customers

 >:(   So I went on a service call last Thursday to check on a sears frontload washer.  The complaint was that some water comes in, but wont agitate or spin...  First thing i did when i get there was cringe from the awful smell of the customers home, sh*t everywhere, food lying on the floor, clothes an garbage tossed EVERYWHERE...so i make my way to the washer holding my breath an open the door an noticed a tub full of water...  Now this is a Fridgidaire washer made for sears an these machines are notorious for sh*t in the pump, so i pull the front cover after removing the water from the tub, an pulled off the hose from the pump, pressure switch, an tub, an find that in the sump there was a ton of change, but nothing really blocking the water flow like usaull.  Next I try the machine out an it still does nothing, hmmm, time for the tech sheet eh, Put the machine into a test cycle an BAM, Error E59, No tacho signal for 3 seconds, Refer to test 12... I pulled the rear cover off now, an did my OHMS checks on my motor which all checked good, which now the tech sheet say to repalce the speed control board...

      Well i go back today an install the speed control board an hmmm, same problem, so i got on the phone with techline an he told me to order a wire harness for the machine... :tickedoff:

       Great, now i got to go back to this damn house again for the 3rd time, :tickedoff: keeping my fingers crossed an a change of clothes in my work truck, I was half tempted to tell her she needed a new washer today, as i dont want to go back, but i am gonna suck it up one more time an try an fix her the right way...

I have seen some pretty dang nasty
laundry rooms. Just dump the dirty clothes on the dog poop and carry on. LOL

I have literally had to put on medical exam gloves to work on some customers machines, they were so filthy. I finally began to appreciate the little booties that Maytag made us wear also...they keep dog shit off your shoes.

Then to top it off it's often people from them types of places that take for ever to pay you if they pay at all.

Been there done that also . The topper is when you see these pigs out and about they generally are dressed to the nines . I have been to homes so bad you have to hold your breath or you would puke . Twenty trips to the van on one service call can be a bit much LOL
