So then the part you replaced did not repair the dryer as it still has the same problem, correct?
The first thing I would do on any electric dryer with no heat is to check the voltage to the dryer.
You should have 240 volts. If you only have 120 volts the dryer can run and not heat as the motor only needs 120 volts.
Next I would ohm out the two thermo cut outs that are on the side of the heating element.
If one of them is bad you will have to order the kit, part number: 279769.
The kit includes both thermostats and both must be replaced even though just the one is bad.
If the thermo cut outs are ok then I would move on to the heating element, part number: 3387747

You can ohm the heating element or pull it out and look at element for a open spot.
