GE Harmony GAS DPGT750GC - No Power but 120V

Well guys, guess my work is not done. 
The dryer heats up hotter than hell with 1 item in it.  As soon as the wife put in a full load, i am back to the heat issues.  I got into the diagnostic (My Cycles and Back).  Shows no problems.  I also got into the service diagnostic (Start Stop/Help) and it shows all OK.  The blower is turning over 2400RPM, i can hear the gas kick on, and then the Heating goes to OK, flame sensor on.  It also shows the heat levels for In/Out go up.  Just weird.
Any ideas of why i would have a heat issue with a load in?

Dryer Vent

Vent should be rigid metal.

Short lengths of flexible metal may be OK, if not crimped when moving the Dryer into place.

NO plastic

NO PVC

NO screws

Foil Duct Tape is OK.

With an empty load, Timed Dry, High Heat, the vent temperature should cycle somewhere between 135F and 160F

define  "hotter than hell" - The inside of the dryer is hot when only 1 item or empty.  The drum was "hotter then hell" as in I didn't want to leave my hand on it for more than a quick touch.

define "heat issues" - It is more like temperature issues.  The gas and fire ignite, i can hear it come on, then go off.  So, it is almost like there is a sensor not working properly as it comes on but fails to maintain the heat. 

also, is this on the Automatic Dry setting or Timed Dry ? - I have tried both the predefined cycles and timed with highest temp with the same results.

Short lengths of flexible metal may be OK, if not crimped when moving the Dryer into place.  - There is 1.5 ft. of flexible pipe in between dryer and wall.

NO plastic. - None

Ran with an empty load, heard gas fire up, temp coming out vent pipe reached 180F.  Then heard gas go off and temp dropped steadily to 104.  Did not come back on

JW:  That sounds like the problem.  It looks like i have to replace the entire gas valve though.  it is part # WE01X10201.  I am going to pull it open again to verify.  Thanks again for all your guys great ideas and help.  It is much appreciated.
I'll let you know if this works.  Maybe someone else will google this thread in the future.  Thanks again.
