ice not dispensing

im having a problem soling no ice being dispensed in either crushed or cubed mode. plenty of ice is being made when i call for ice the door trap will open but nothing else. was trying to test motor but i cant figure out how to get to it.    after removing ice container i can remove the (2) 1/4 " screws and rmove the Hex Drive Shaft Coupling Skirt. but after that i dont see any other screws.  in a slight attempt to remove the next plastic cover (was not sure about prying this off) i was denting the plastic liner of the interior door.  before i go further i was looking for help

On the freezer door frame is a switch. The door must be closed to dispence ice. have you checked that switch? Sometimes the switch operates the light as well and has 4 wires.

i taped the switch down with no positive results, no other testing on switch
