Maytag Refrig. Will not enter Service Test mode

Controls will not respond to key functions (Hold door Alarm and Refrig. + for
3 second and release door alarm button wait 3sec for SE) no results. Same
happens for program mode. Tried unplugging for 5 min. and retrying but same results.  Display Shows F/C (Freezer side) and 40 deg (Refrig. side)

Refrigerator freezes the water container and tube and crisper drawer contents, the rest of the frig. is 38F the freezer maintains 0 F. Suspect Damper operation but can,t verify.

Any Suggestions?

Service Test:

1) Press & hold Door Alarm

2) While still holding Door Alarm, press & hold + for 3 seconds

3) Release Door Alarm & wait 3 seconds

4) Press + again

Display will show:
001 in left display and numeric or dashes in right display
