Whirlpool side-by-side not cooling properly on frig side.

I have a Whirlpool side-by-side, model #ES5FHAXSB01, that does not cool properly on the frig side.  I have some cold air blowing from the vent located in the upper left corner of the frig side, but it is not blowing hard.  The freezer side seems to be operating correctly and does not have any frost on the inside.  What is keeping the frig side from not cooling?

check the evaporator fan.
make sure the drain is clear.

Some of them ice boxs have a thermistatically controlled damper that opens to allow more freezer air in as the temp rises in the fresh food section. That damper may be faulty.
