Hi my washer is making a loud rattling noise and wont agatate or spin. My wife took all the clothes out then tried to start it again she said it agatated for a second and then stopped. Im pretty handy and REALLY need to save some cash...any wisdom would be very helpful.... Thanks!!!!

Use this video to assist you in replacing your direct drive coupling. While you have the machine apart, check your water pump for obstruction also.

I cant seem to get the vid. to work it keeps buffering...Ill try when I get home. Any advice as to where to buy the parts Im not in a rush so I can wait for it to be shipped...

Glad to hear you got it repaired.

Did you just need to replace the motor coupler?
