Okay here's the deal, no cold water period....the cold water is on because the hose was disconnected to make sure there is water coming through, and the screen was not clogged up, but when you select cold/ cold you get nothing, when I select hot/cold or warm/cold it will fill but still no cold for rinse.  Any guesses, inlet valve, temp selcetor switch?

Since it is like all other washers and relies on cold water in the rinse cycle to keep the wrinkle demons away, I would venture to take a wild guess and say replace the water valve.
