How do I possibly reset a Maytag MSD2756AEW side-by-side?

I have a Maytag msd2756aew side-by-side refrigerator. Everything works great except the ice dispenser. Water dispenser works fine & it makes the actual ice cubes with no problem either, but the door flap that is suppose to open (to drop the ice into your cup) is stuck and not opening. For now, I am simply reaching in and getting ice directly from the bin inside the freezer.

I have heard that it may be a matter of simply resetting something, but not sure how. I was able to obtain the user manual online for this model, but it doesn't seem to mention anything about this problem in the troubleshooting section.

Could this in fact be the problem? If so, how do I go about resetting it for this model? Or is this problem related to something else?

got it. Thanks. I went to section 3-7 and see what you are referring to. It seems to me that replacement of this board is probably the most likely option. Does Maytag sell these parts online? If not, can someone else recommend a good place online that sells Maytag parts?
