My washer is leaking from the bottom front.  When the water starts fillling in the tub the water starts to come out from under the bottom front.  Also I can move the tub around alot.  So does that mean that the tub is loose or off track

Sounds like the water pump is leaking. This is a very common problem and one that is easy to repair.

Simply remove the washer cabinet and take a look at the water pump.

You may want to remove the agitator and take a look at the large spanner nut that holds the tub in place.

Unless it's been a problem I would guess what you are seeing is normal movement.
