85-69 1/2 hp 120V single phase Insinkerator Garbage Disposal

Disposal not working.  Water is about an inch deep and when the disposal is turned on the water looks like a whirlpool, but doesn't go down.  I checked and there doesn't seem to actually be anything in the disposal itself.

If it runs, it is working...you have drain issues.

Repair-man,  thanks again.  I checked the drain pipes and one of them was clogged.  Works fine now.
