Kenmore Dryer not dying cloths all the way

My dryer does not dry the clothing all the way.  Spin cycle in washer seems good.  Changes the Temp sensor on exhaust air, changed High Stat sensor.  Heating element ohms out at 10.4 ohms. Will check the air temp tonight.  Could it be my timer running too fast?  or the resistor connected to the auto dry setting.

Remove the exhaust vent from the rear and run a timed load at 45 minutes. If it dries OK clear your vent/lint obstruction.

Not sure if this is a gas or electric dryer, but for safety you do not want to run a gas dryer without a vent connected to the dryer.
