Kenmore Coldspot refrigerator - water in drawers and on floor

I have a Kenmore Coldspot refrigerator.  Water is collecting in and under the crisper drawers and on the kitchen floor.  Water is frozen on the floor of the freezer.  We replaced water filter, turned off icemaker, got frozen ice off freezer floor, but still have the problem.
