Maytag Washer MAV6451AWW - Squeeks when agitating

we have a Maytag washer Model number MAV6451AWW and it squeeks when it is agitating.  I pulled the belt off and hand rotated the drumb and it still squeeks?  Any ideas??

There is a bearing in the upper part of the transmission that hold the agitator shaft, but it is not a replaceable item. I suggest you let it ride until the symptoms get bad enough to consider repairs or replacement. Lots of tools are required to change this tranny, so you may want to squeeze all the life out of this thing that you can while at the same time planning your next washer purchase.
