Probably sold ye a 250 degree limit.
 The bottom larger dude is a 250 f limit that did not shut down as it was supposed do so the 300 degree smaller limit popped. If it was to some reason quit then the skinny white duct fuse would blow at 350 degrees. So this dryer is chock full of all manor of safety redundancy.
