Dryer doesnt turn but has power

I have replaced the thermostat sensor and thermal fuse already. All the switches have continuity.  After replacing these, I pressed the button and the button will not stay down and the motor will hum if I just depress the button myself.  Is this a motor problem?

Either the motor or a bind in the system somewhere sometimes something caught in the blower causes this problem but usually it's the motor.

Thanks for the knowledge.  I had to dig deeper to solve the problem.  I took off the lint filter housing and although there was not much lint (cleaned out about 6mths ago), there was a huge piece obstructing the blower fan and it couldn't turn.  It was actually between the fan housing and fan and not behind it.  Good thing the motor didn't blow from that.  Thanks so much for your help!
