Your browser security settings need to be un-tweaked, trout :)

Those guys in 'bama like long URLs and this one in particular tried to make a "https" page out of this link even though he has ads and other non-secure info on there. That's why the browser won't open the page. I set mine to always ask, then you can click to open the page after the warning pop up. This poor guy made a bad judgement to use https in the document.
