Maytag dishwasher not starting

Diskwasher, display the time, and fill up with water, but start the wash. I try the running the diagnose part, and I get the key 2 and the clean light blinking. I check voltage to the circuit board which I get going into it 110 volts. I try check the volts coming from the board to the motor, and get like .78. I think it might be the circuit board, but I like to confirm it.

Is their way to test the motor to see if it works? Any other suggestion for checking conponets. (sp)

Well I found my problem. Found broken wire leading to the motor. Under the foam, at the bend where the door open and close. Anyway

Many a repairman has changed that control only to find a broken wire under the door foam later on when the new control did not solve the problem. This was a known issue among factory servicers, and is prevalent on many other brands besides Maytag. At least you found it before spending a lot of money...
