GE Profile Oven

I have a GE wall oven and when I cook at 350 before it is finished it will lock the door and blink "locked Door" but it doesn't seem to do it at lower temps.  What is the problem/

Not yet I changed out the control board and it still does it.  Do you have any ideas?

Yes, your membrane switch is failing on the control panel. The panel is a replaceable part, # WB36T10749 . Be sure that the cooling fan is coming on when the oven is cooking, or else the control and the touch pad will overheat.
