Frigidaire electric range has stopped working

My Frigidaire electric range Model fef366ecd has stopped working no burners nor will the oven come on. The clock is the only thing that operates.Does anyone have any ideas of what to look for?

Look for a tripped breaker first. If the breaker only tripped on one side, the clock and oven lights will function but no heat. Turn the breaker all the way off, then back on to reset.

The breakers have been checked and replaced and still nothing but the clock operates. Replaced electrical cord and another part and still nothing. I'm a female and need some advice on what else could be the problem. The stove is just a little over 3 years old.

Oh, you're going to pull the "female" gig on me ...

In that case, go to the link below and select your range from the list of service manuals and do some homework. For both the oven and the range top not to heat implies incorrect voltage. Without a meter, your female intuition is not going to prevail here. It must be verified 240 volts at the oven back terminals. Must have meter and meter skills

There are 240 volts at the terminal i am told. Any other suggestions

your saying the breakers were replaced makes me think that they might have been installed wrong
i cant think of anything that can make all surface units and the oven quit at the same time
quick theroy.... each side of the range plug is 120 volts, but each side must be out of phase to give a true 240 volts, if breakers are installed and tested wrong you will still have 120 volts on each side, but these 2 sides combined give 0 volts not 240 volts and elements will not heat, but the clock,lights and utility plug will still work

in saying that, did the person that tested your plug have a good working knowledge of electricity?  cause your neighbor that has the glowing volt stick or poor knowledge of electricity might think there is 240 volts when in all reality the plug or breakers are incorrect
