I just replaced the Upper/Lower Tub Bearing and was trying to run a spin cycle to be sure it resolved the noisy issue before installing the Basket.
I set to Drain & Spin Cycle and it started at 13 minutes then stayed on 12 minutes w/out spinning or throwing an error code.
Therefore, do I need to install the Basket before it will spin due to the Rotor Position Sensor?

Yes you need to put the basket in. It needs to have a load on it in order to turn.

Actually I put the Washer in Manual Diagnostic Test to Spin w/out Basket installed but it's making a Clicking Sound on Medium & High Speed and the Stator/Rotor is powering On/Off then it throws an F51 Error Code when on High Spin.
Previously, the Washer didn't have any Fault Codes (worked fine - except for the loud noise during spin) before replacing the Bearing's.

I tightened the Rotor screw in the center until Rotor started rotating.
I used the Bearing Tool to install everything and the lower bearing is sticking out from tub about 1/8-3/16" as stated in the part's replacement manual.
Therefore, could the 4 Screws that hold the Stator be too tight?
The Rotor magnets look good (not cracked) but I do have a spare Rotor from another Washer so should I switch out the Rotor to see if it resolves the Clicking Sound and intermittent Power Loss when Spinning.

Check to make sure the RPS sensor is clicked into the stator correctly. And verify the stator is installed correctly. It can get cockeyed.

I believe the edge of Stator is rubbing against the Rotor magnets when spinning causing the Clicking Sound and intermittent Power Loss.
I have a spare Stator but noticed it has a few hairline fractures on the plastic (center area).
However, I'm going to try it to see if it resolves the issue and will update the results.

Tried using another Stator & Rotor but still have the same issue.
I'm thinking the center part of Rotor is rubbing against the Shaft Nut but I cannot tighten the nut without stripping the Shaft since your suppose to use pliers to hold the shaft while you tighten the Nut.
Any suggestion's on how to tighten the Shaft Nut located under the Bottom/Lower Bearing?

This issue has been resolved might of been related to the basket not being installed.
Ran with Basket installed and it works perfectly.
Thank You for the suggestion's
Have a Great Day!
