duet leaks out door during clean

i've got a duet that leaks heavy during clean cycle
sorry but dont have the model# with me this eve
just curious if there is any known issue with these machines and this problem
the door bellows look good and seem to be sealing
customer reports machine does not leak during normal wash
any input from someone with more duet expierience is appreciated

If it is leaking from the door and there is nothing obviously wrong with the door, then the door bellow needs to be replaced.  A small ripple can be enough to allow water past and on the cleaning cycle, more water is used than other wash cycles.  So it's possible for the weak spot to be at a point it is only reached by water during the cleaning cycle.  If it's not from the door, then there is a hole somewhere letting water through, or one of my favorites, suds coming from the vent in the left top back corner leaving a nice trail down the back an onto the floor.

last year there was a service flash on the sport model said to repalce front panel some kind of bent or something in the metal i also changed door seal and all good same thing only leaked on clean cycle
