Thin Twin Tub tilts toward the back of the unit

The wash basket tilts to the back of the unit.  The unit is level.  I have looked underneath, there are two styrofoam blocks that appear to be loose aka lying around the bottom.  Would they play a role in keeping the tub level?  The washer works fine but it bothers me that it tilts.

Your skinny mini has a set of 3 springs on the bottom that hold it straight. Those dudes ain't too good of a design. Part # AP4358664 Go here and typpe in that part number.
