R-1461 Sharp Carousel Microwave

Unit is above stove top, and integrated with hood venting.  The current problem is the microwave "acts like it is on", and runs all the time, unless you unplug it.  On the display, it reads "turntable on" or "off", whichever way you set it, and it allows you to set the time.  Regardless if display reads "turntable off" or "on", the turntable doesn't rotate. The unit, when plugged in sounds like it is "microwaving", however there is no heating what so ever.  The fan hi/lo and light switch both work, when the unit is plugged in.  Any ideas?

when first plugged in, it sounds like it running ... for 10 seconds..

then the Time must be set...
