I have an issue with a motor not working when it is installed, but will work if taken out and turned over. The problem started one day when I noticed my washer was not spinning and I could smell burnt rubber. I got to the motor and the belt was bad as well as the pulley. I ordered a new pulley/belt, installed, and put the motor back on with the belts attached. I tried to turn it on and it did not work. You could hear a buzzing sound coming form the motor. I took the motor out, tested it and it seemed fine. I plugged it back in and bumped it to see if it turned and it did. Installed it again, and it would not work. The motor appears to work with the pulley on top or to the side, but when you turn it over with the pulley on the bottom, nothing happens. I guess I need a new motor but wanted to check and see if you could confirm and had any other things I could try. Thanks.
