Remove the two screws from the bottom of the front panel and pull it up toward you to access the inside. Then start the washer and get your eyes and nose on the problem. The motor will be right in front of you, and make sure the motor is turning. It may be slipping on the belt due to something stuck in the pump. If thats the case, remove the drive belt and see if it runs then. If it works ok, your going to want to go after the pump and find out whats inside. Be ready for water because all the water in the tub will be in your lap quickly if you just pull a hose off.
